In a tightly contested game, Flint Hills Resources got the better of Sportsmedicine 3 - 1 at UAF on Monday. Flint Hills Resources scored two goals to jump in to the lead in the first period. Sportsmedicine failed to take the lead in the second period even though they scored one goal. The Flint Hills Resources defense took over in the final period. In the final period Flint Hills Resources scored one goal improving its score and winning the game.

Having an impact in the game, Teresa Shannon made two goals for Flint Hills Resources. Shana Ingebrigtsen added one goal for Flint Hills Resources. Sharrah, Keturi, Shannon, Mathews, and Greene each tallied one assist for Flint Hills Resources.

Vanessa Kissinger contributed one goal for Sportsmedicine.
