In a tight contest, Blue Loon overcame Play It Again Sports 4 - 2 at Polar on Sunday. Blue Loon racked up one goal to jump in to the lead in the first period. Blue Loon gained three unanswered goals in the second period and held on to its lead. In the third period Play It Again Sports scored two unanswered goals but it was too little too late and they ended up with the loss.

Jann Laiti netted one goal for Blue Loon and also had one assist. Adrienne Laurencelle got one goal for Blue Loon in addition to two helpers. Marina Day contributed one goal for Blue Loon. Terra Bowen made two assists. Ayres tallied one assist for Blue Loon.

Having a good day, Stephani Shriver made two goals for Play It Again Sports.

Blue Loon ended up with a record of 8-5. Play It Again Sports finished the game with a record of 5-8.
