In a tightly contested game, Wentz won against Blue Loon 4 - 2 at DIPPER on Sunday. Wentz outscored Blue Loon two to one to jump in to the lead at the end of the first period. Blue Loon gained one goal in the second period to even up the score. The end of the second period saw both teams at two goals a piece. Wentz added two goals in the third period to break the tie and take the lead, grabbing a late victory.

Having an impact in the game, Audrey Ranstead netted two goals for Wentz. Julie Aarhus and Diedri Scharf each added one goal for Wentz.

Having a good day, Adrienne Laurencelle netted two goals for Blue Loon.
