Both defenses battled it out, but Play It Again Sports prevailed over Wentz 2 - 1 at DIPPER on Sunday. Neither team managed to get the puck in the net in the first period. Play It Again Sports took the lead in the second period with one goal. Both teams scored one goal in the third period but Play It Again Sports kept the lead for the win.

Rhonda Williams netted one goal for Play It Again Sports and also had one helper. Candy Mattingly netted one goal for Play It Again Sports and also had one point. Larry contributed one assist for Play It Again Sports.

Diedri Scharf tallied one goal for Wentz.

Wentz finished the game with a record of 13-8.
